Alternative Programming
Alternative Programs
MHPSD supports educational programs that provide flexibility to meet the diverse needs of students and to support their success. Alternative programs deliver an educational alternative for students who, due to individual circumstances, find that the traditional school setting does not meet their needs. Alternative programs allow students to access resources that improve their ability to succeed academically and socially.

Coulee Collegiate
Coulee Collegiate offers educational programming for high school and mature students who are looking for other educational opportunities that fit outside the regular classroom schedule. The school is accessible to any individual who is a resident of Alberta, and our services can be used exclusively or as a supplement to a current high school program. Our staff can design a program around your individual learning needs and provide you every opportunity to receive an Alberta High School Diploma. Students can achieve high school credits through two different avenues: 1. Face to Face Instruction, for mature students who are looking to attend classes daily in a more mature environment. 2. Distance Learning, for students of any age looking to do a distance learning course wherever and whenever they'd like.
