YMCA Before & After School Care

Before and after school care is provided through our partners at the YMCA of Southeastern Alberta. Registration is open year-round and is available at the following 11 schools: 

1. École Connaught School 

2. Crestwood STEM School 

3. Dr. Ken Sauer Fire Arts School 

4. Dr. Roy Wilson Learning Centre 

5. George Davison School 

6. Herald School

7. River Heights School 

8. Ross Glen School 

9. Southview Community School (not available after 2026)

10. Vincent Massey School 

11. Webster Niblock School (not available after 2026)

Families are asked to visit the YMCA website for information about registering for the program.

**Families can apply for a fee deduction if their child is registered in BOTH Play and Learn and YMCA Before and After Care. Families will only have to pay a maximum of $230, for both programs. You pay $115 to the YMCA and $115 to MHPSD. Any family that has registered their child for Play and Learn and the YMCAs Before and After Care will get an email with more information, once registrations are finalized in both programs.
