- Duration of Use: Students may use the Chromebook as a personal loaner device for their entire high school career at Medicine Hat Public School Division (MHPSD), including at home. The device remains under MHPSD management for educational purposes. If a student transfers out of MHPSD, the Chromebook must be returned to the loaning school. The device will be locked and become inactive until it is returned.
- Damage and Repairs: The device is a one-time loan; a new device will not be issued in subsequent years. The Chromebook is covered by the manufacturer's warranty for a limited period.
